How it works

You pay once, today.
A full year at the annual price. Your receipt carries the gift code, a redeem link and a manage link.
They get an email from us, right away.
It says who it is from, carries your note, and has one button: redeem. They sign in or create an account; nothing to pay.
Their year starts when they redeem.
Not when you buy. The code never expires, so a gift given in May for a September birthday still works. At the end of the year it simply ends.

Good to know

Does the code expire?: No. It stays valid until it is redeemed. We send a gentle reminder to both of you if it is still waiting after a month, and again after six.
What if they already have a plan?: The gift stays unused and nothing is lost. From the manage link in your receipt you can send it to someone else; that issues a new code and the earlier email stops working.
Can I get a refund?: No. Gift memberships are non-refundable, and the year never renews or charges anyone. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
