Getting Started
BeAware
- Why live monitoring mattersExplainerBeAware watches the addresses you care about and tells you the moment a new hazard shows up, so you have time to prepare instead of react.
- Read your monitoring dashboardHow-toThe BeAware monitoring dashboard is one live view of your area: a status bar shows your location and overall risk, five tabs (Utilities, Emergency, Digital, Environmental, News) sort live events, the map shows where they are, and a bottom ticker scrolls breaking alerts.

- Run a drillTutorialOpen /beready/drills, pick one of the two drills suggested for your household, read the 25-minute script aloud at the kitchen table (no equipment needed), then click "Mark this drill as run" to record it.
- Track skills and mark masteryHow-toThe Skills Tracker turns the kits on your plan plus eight core Foundations skills into a per-member record, so you can mark who has actually learned each one and see where your household stands.
- My Tribe: invite, share, and your privacy controlsHow-toMy Tribe lets you connect with a trusted household inside BeReady and share only what you choose, one line at a time, with the freedom to stop sharing whenever you want.
BeEquipped
- Browse kits and filter to your planHow-toOpen BeEquipped > Kits, then narrow the catalog with search and the left-rail filters (scenario, outcome, timeframe, climate, price, contents); if you have a BeReady plan, tap Match my plan to auto-fit and rank kits by how well they fit it.
- How the Combo kit discount worksExplainerIf you are on the Combo plan, every BeEquipped kit is automatically discounted (5% by default) with the savings already shown in the price, so you pay less without entering a code.
Account & Billing
- Change your plan: upgrades, downgrades, and prorationHow-toChange your plan from the Subscription tab on /profile: upgrade to Combo or switch to annual in place with prorated billing, or cancel a product to drop it when your paid period ends.
